Asking for help is the first step.

Life often presents us with challenges and transition points related to relationships, stress, anxiety and depression that can be difficult to manage. I have been very successful helping people navigate through these life passages, serving the communities for over 26 years as a licensed clinical psychologist. You will find I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals, and bring a level of sensitivity and compassion you may not have experienced before. My clientele are individuals who are motivated to use therapy to achieve increased self-awareness and an improved quality of life. The decision to enter therapy is a courageous act. I believe creating a safe and welcoming environment is essential for each person's journey

It is a tool for conscious transformation. It offers individuals a path into a new dimension of being human where we stand between powerful pairs of opposite selves that we carry within us, and learn how to transform our unconscious choices into ones that allow us to become more fully alive in the present. In this work, we have a sense that some part of us is incomplete and is seeking wholeness.
